Green City Action
Green City Action is an environmental charitable organisation based in Burngreave. It is committed to raising awareness of environmental issues in our multicultural community and working together to improve the environment for all. Our current allotment project aims to provide information and support for all members of the community who want to grow their own food, based at our community plot on Grimesthorpe Allotments. The project also provides opportunities for learning new skills in horticulture and sustainable food growing. We also run a tool bank service which provides an affordable source of high quality tools and equipment for local people.
