About the Event
For those of you who are not up with the lark at 4am, please come along to join Friends of Wardsend Cemetery on a bird walk at the cemetery on Sunday 10th May with the leisurely start time of 7am! 48 species of birds have been recorded in this green oasis between factories and housing estates since the group started regular surveys in 2022 and we would hope to see and hear a good selection of these on our walk, including newly arrived spring migrants.
