Green Supper 2026: Food Glorious Food

Our third Green Supper and Plant Sale will feature the work of Food Works
who upcycle surplus and locally grown ingredients into delicious food and drink
in community cafes and for ready meals, and collect and share surplus food in
their food markets. Recently they have taken over the disused City Council
greenhouses at Graves Park, training volunteers and
growing food and plants there. Rene Meijer, who
leads their work, will be telling us more.
We are delighted that Open Kitchen Social Club, led by
Firas Sharefy, will be providing one of their delicious
meals and by special request there’ll be another quiz.
Prices remain at £18.50 a ticket. Come along, bring
your friends and ask about full table and group bookings.
