About the Event
Hope and Healing CIC hosts a community wellbeing event focused on connection, creativity, and mental and emotional wellbeing. Alongside gentle nature-connected elements such as seed planting and reflection, the event will include fitness taster sessions, healthy cooking demonstrations, meditation and prayer sessions, free massage and facials, and arts and crafts activities, all delivered with a low-waste, community-focused approach.
