Dementia Friendly Farm Days - Dementia Friendly Farm Days every Wednesday. Spaces are liminted and must be booked in advance. Please do not just turn up. Book by emailing Susie on susie@heeleyfarm.org.uk or call 0114 2505107. Following Covid-19 guidelines we are offering people living with dementia and their carers a variety of activities on the Farm. Each session with have a different activity based either in The Valerie Garden or in South Yorkshire Energy Centre (weather depending). Spaces are limited so spaces must be booked in advance, please do not just turn up. Book a space by emailing susie@heeleyfarm.org.uk
