We are now accepting volunteers again on the Loxley Valley Community Farm, with the following extra precautions: COVID 19 – The farm is now welcoming volunteers once more, with strict hygiene and social distancing precautions in place. We'll be there every 1st Saturday and 3rd Sunday of every month “We are a community smallholding, growing vegetables and raising our own animals. We have a flock of free range hens for eggs, and also take on rare breed weaner piglets in several batches a year. There are numerous projects in the offing, depending on need and we are aiming for a sustainable no-dig site where enjoyment and socialising is as important as working to achieve what is necessary. If after you've volunteered a couple of times we'll be happy to discuss membership with you, or you can carry on volunteering for as long as you wish.
