Time 10:30 until 12:30
Meet At Heeley City Farm, Richards Road,

Organised By Heeley City Farm
Bus Route 18, 19, 56 and 252
Description As well as the animals, café, garden centre and South Yorkshire Energy Centre, Heeley City Farm have an allotment-sized garden with raised beds, a polytunnel, cordon and espalier apple and pear trees. We use “No-Dig” methods on some of the beds, which have advantages for the time-stressed or less flexible gardener! We hold gardening sessions at Heeley City Farm for anyone to come and join in. Join in for just a few minutes or the whole session, no experience is necessary, equipment provided. Come along and get involved in some gentle gardening. All sessions are open to all, do as little or as much as you like. Support workers are welcome.
