Description | This is a young forest garden developed by Sheffield City Council in association with local volunteers. The garden needs weeding and mulching, but not much digging, only for removing perennial weeds. We meet in the car park at Cooks Wood Road at 10.45 am and walk across to the garden for 11.00 am. We have a break at around 1.00 pm. You can bring a drink and a snack if you like. We usually make a hot drink too. We finish at around 2.00 pm. Please dress for the weather, and wear strong shoes. We provide tools, gloves and any training you need. |
