Description | We will be following up last weekend's efforts by knocking back the bracken in the wood pasture above the crags, with the help of the University of Sheffield Conservation Volunteers. We have worked here for a few years and the progress is easy to see, but we want to enlarge the areas where bracken has been replaced by pasture, and this will be the first stage of the process. Hand tools and training provided, but please bring your own lunch and wear tough outdoor clothes and stout boots. |
