| Description | Blackamoor Nature Reserve. A 5 mile walk which will take around 2.25 hours to complete. The first part of the walk takes us through Blackamoor Nature Reserve on our way to the outskirts of Totley, from where we take Moss Road on to Totley Moor and Brown Edge for our return to the start. There's a tricky downhill section on the way out, and a steepish uphill stretch to get us on to Totley Moor. There could be mud on Blackamoor and there is often standing water on Totley Moor. There is a £10 charge for the walk payable to the pub which includes tea/coffee before and after the walk, and a meal on our return too. |
