| Description | Family friendly sponsored walk Start time 1.30 p.m. 3 mile easy going trail suitable for push-chairs, bicycles, wheelchairs and mobility scooters. (plus 2 mile optional extensions). All welcome. Epilepsy Action advice and information desk in our Gazebo near the Visitor Centre. This is an open informal gathering of family and friends with plenty of time for chat. Bring your own refreshments or use the park café. Toilets are available at the park visitor centre.There are various things to see or do in the park if you wish.
