Description | Join the Nature Counts team in welcoming Fred Rumsey of the Natural History Museum on a discovery of Sheffield’s bluebells and ancient woodlands. Learn how to tell the difference between native and Spanish bluebells as part of our True Bluebells project and discover where you can see some spectacular bluebell displays in Sheffield this spring. Please bring a packed lunch and wear study boots for walking. You may also have to prepare for wet weather! This event is free of charge for Wildlife Trust members; a donation of £3 towards our bluebell conservation work is suggested for other attendees. Please book early to avoid disappointment! If you are not a member and would prefer to give your donation on the door, please email us with your details at naturecounts@wildsheffield.com. |
