Description | Join Andrew Hill and friends for an early morning saunter over the heath and surrounding woodland. We should have a chance to hear and see many of the commoner birds of both habitats, with always a good chance of some of the rarer occupants, such as Cuckoo, Redstart and a Flycatcher or two. Andrew will identify the bird song and answer most questions that are fired his way. Please wear sturdy footwear, and clothes appropriate for the weather and time of day - it can be cold on an early May morning! Binoculars advisable but not essential. |
