Hedgehogs: why we should worry, and what we can do

Date Thursday 27th October 2016
Time 19:30 until 21:00
Meet At Sheffield Hallam University
Organised By Sheffield and Rotherham Wildlife Trust
Description Britain’s hedgehog population is slipping away at an alarming rate - our most iconic and readily recognized mammal has seen its population drop by around 30% in urban areas and up to 75% since the turn of the century. Hugh Warwick will present a lively and entertaining evening talk to explain why this is happening, and how we can introduce simple measures to help stabilize and possibly reverse the decline.
