| Description | Join the Wednesday morning volunteers to help maintain the Botanical Gardens at their best. Enter the green metal gate next to the toilet block at the Thompson Road end of the Gardens. Sign in at the greenhouse near the classroom (please check website for change of venue once building work starts). Tools are provided, please wear appropriate clothing including sturdy footwear & gardening gloves. New volunteers will be issued with a handbook and be assigned work under supervision of staff & more experienced members. |
