| Description | This tour will explore the origins of the name and area, as well as investigating a variety of historical and architectural features of the main and side streets. Looking at the burial grounds as a way to understand the Bronze Age and ending with a 17th Century coaching inn, this walk will encompass a wide range of history. Meet the Hallamshire Historians outside the Grindstone Pub (S10 1UA) and ending at Hadfield Street. |
