Description A 1.5 mile walk through Crookes exploring some of the remains of the areas earliest settlers, through to its transformation over the last century, and also a link between the area and the last woman to be hanged in Britain, Ruth Ellis. Meet the Hallamshire Historians outside the Grindstone pub (S10 1UA) and finish the walk at the Walkley Cottage.
